JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, while seeking extension of time in terms of order dated 23.07.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 49647 of 2014, has submitted that the O.P. No. 2 is not accepting the bank draft nor he is giving his bank account number. That being so, the order of this Court dated 23.07.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 49647 of 2014 is modified to the extent that if the petitioners surrender within a period of four weeks from today and they deposit the bank draft in the name of O.P. No. 2 in the court below instead of depositing in the bank account of O.P. No. 2, they shall be released on bail which has already been incorporated in the order dated 23.07.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 49647 of 2014. The deposit of bank draft shall be handed over to the O.P. No. 2 by the court below.
