The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 106 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that also no case is made out under the relevant provisions of the SC/ST Act as admittedly, the occurrence took place at the door step of the informant, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32917 of 2016 (2) dt.28-10-2016 2/2 order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Mufasil P.S.
