Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mrs. Tanuja Mishra, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the L.N. Mithila University has been heard.
It appears that in the last Lok Adalat on 09.09.2017, learned counsel appearing for the L.N. Mithila University had taken a stand that they shall pay the dues of Rs. 1,25,000/- to the petitioner on the fund being made available by the State and, thus, the matter was directed to be placed before the next Lok Adalat.
In view thereof, as has been undertaken and agreed by learned counsel for the L.N. Mithila University that the dues of the petitioner shall be paid to him within two weeks from today, the writ petition stands disposed off.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
