JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they fraudulently sold the land which is in the share of he informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the land in question, they have got in partition and as such there is no question of selling the land of informant. It has also been submitted that co-accused having similar allegation has already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.08.2019

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
