Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a complaint case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code in connection with a sale deed executed by the complainant in favour of petitioner no.1, mother of petitioner no.2 at the instance of petitioner no.3 in which in place of plot no. 361, another plot which is on the road side bearing no. 471 has been entered by keeping the complainant in dark by petitioner nos. 2 and 3. Let petitioners above named surrender in the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41403 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 below within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below whereafter petitioner no.1, Sahodra Devi, though beneficiary but being a lady be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 6675 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
So petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, their case be considered in accordance with law.
