The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that there was dispute in connection with irrigation of filed whereupon the group of persons killed the brother of the informant with lethal weapons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits there is no direct allegation against the petitioner save and except there is dispute between Mahir Bind and deceased and he has nothing to do with the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28536 of 2016 (3) dt.26-07-2016 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
