The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by the accused persons due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 17/2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sheohar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
