The prayer is for modification in the order dated 05.07.2016 by which he was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail on condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.3 lacs in favour of any of the two petitioners. It is not found from Annexure-2 that the aforesaid amount was deposited with any of the two petitioners. The condition imposed by this Court has, therefore, been breached.
No sufficient reasons have been shown to this Court to modify the order dated 05.072016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25913 of 2016. The application is rejected.
It is pointed out that one of the accuseds namely Bachchalal Yadav @ Bacchalal Chaudhary has been granted bail by the learned court below.
It will be open to the petitioner to place the aforesaid fact
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5277 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 before the learned court below and convince the court upon his surrender for grant of regular bail.
