Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 271 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner along with co-accused were arrested with stolen Motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a pillion rider to reach the destination having no concern with the stolen motorcycle. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.06.2022. The charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54020 of 2022(2) dt.23-12-2022 2/2 Learned APP for the State opposes the bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned C.J.M. Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 271 of 2022.
