2. The present application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 07.11.2022 passed by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad in Case No. 434110131052206218/2A by which the District Magistrate has failed to acknowledge encroachment of public road.

3. The District Magistrate, Aurangabad will personally look into the grievances raised by the petitioner as the petitioner has to run to various authorities for redressal of his grievances.

4. If any application is filed by the petitioner before the Collector, the same shall be considered by the Collector after examining the documents produced by the petitioner.

5. The entire exercise must be done within two months of the filing of the representation before the Collector.
