This application seeks modification in the order dated 26.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 17438 of 2015 for extending the period for surrender of the petitioner to reap the benefit of the order.

Counsel placed the relevant statements made in the application to explain the circumstances under which he could not surrender within the time fixed by this Court. Having heard the parties, the application is allowed, the time granted under order dated 26.06.2015 passed in Cr.
