The petitioners, namely, Mohit Rai and Tara Devi, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was done to death and her dead body was concealed in order to conceal the evidence. It is submitted that the petitioner are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence.

It appears that the informant made a specific allegation that within 11⁄2 years of marriage of the daughter of the informant with Rajesh Rai (son of the petitioners), the petitioners and others brutally assaulted and killed his daughter and hurriedly disposed of her dead body. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40663 of 2015 (3) dt.23-11-2015 2/2 be traced out. The deceased was pregnant at the time of her death. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in Goraul P.S. Case No. 116/15. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
