2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, all the accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped the son of the informant and killed him and disappeared the dead body of the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the witnesses have to be examined and further submits that the informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54933 of 2025(3) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 the dead body of the son of the informant has not been recovered. He next submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70990 of 2024 vide order dated 10.01.2025.

5. There is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.

7. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
