Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing the State are present.

Learned counsel for the parties are unanimous in their understanding that the writ application will be disposed of in terms of the understanding that the respondents shall examine and verify the genuineness of the deductions and deposits in the General Provident Fund Account in terms of the schedule of GPF deductions, enclosed with the representation dated 02.01.2014 (Annexure-4) to the writ application, and upon such verification, if it is found genuine, the payment shall be released in accordance with law within a period of three months from today and in case, it is not found genuine, the same shall be informed in writing to the petitioner within the same period. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
