Petitioners apprehend arrest in Forbesganj PS Case No. 732 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379, 353, 224, 225, 504, 307, 120B and 414 of the IPC. Claiming parity with co-accused Md. Illiyas @ Illiyas, who has been allowed anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 27332 of 2015, it is submitted that the petitioners have been named along with 15 other persons in the FIR having similar allegation. No injury has been attributed to the petitioners and they have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75650 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Araria in Forbesganj PS Case No. 732 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
