2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 201 and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners alongwith other accused persons tortured and killed the deceased due to demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law (devar) of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56238 of 2024(4) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 deceased. The petitioners are in custody since 18.05.2024. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2024.
