Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 329 of 2019, registered for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that petitioner has been made accused in this case mainly on the basis of suspicion and he is a reputed doctor working in R.K. Memorial Health care and co-accused namely Mithun Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 19.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32526 of 2020 and after filing this case the informant has compromised and submitted his compromise petition of which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63389 of 2021(2) dt.14-06-2022 2/2 certified copy has been filed and from the perusal of the entire FIR only a suspicion appears to have been raised by the informant and the same was made on account of petitioner and co-accused having visited the informant's house for the purpose of taking the informant's house on rent.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer of bail.

Having Considered the above submissions and petitioner's case being similar with co-accused who has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order passed in above mentioned Cr. Misc. and also considering Petitioner's clean antecedent mentioned in para 3 of the petition, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned Court in connection with Mufassil Motihari P.S.
