The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under section 366A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 5.10.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. has stated that the petitioner along with co-accused Munna forcibly committed sexual assault on the informant.
