JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-08-2016 Heard Sri Ravindra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner apprehending his arrest in Nawada P.S. Case No. 335 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated however he was not in a position to dispute that in the F.I.R. there is allegation against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32101 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 petitioner of opening firing.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation I do not find it a case for grant of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
