The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the F.I.R., the informant has alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner made forged document of the land of the informant and forcibly tried to grab her land.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the dispute is of civil nature. A title suit is already pending between the parties. It is further submitted that petitioner has sold the land of his own share. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.53804 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 728 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
