2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. According to allegation, the petitioner fired at the informant, as a result of which, he suffered injuries in his leg.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that charges has been framed in this case on 30-04-2024 but till date, not a single witness has been examined. His further submission is that in all other cases as mentioned at paragraph-3 of the petition, the petitioner has been granted bail. The petitioner is under incarceration since 23-12-2022.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XXIV, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 258 of 2024 (arising out of Jakkanpur) P.S. Case No. 603 of 2022.
7. The petitioner will appear in the court below on each and every date fixed in the case.
