JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is covered by a judgment dated 19.7.2011 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 8532 of 2008. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of and it is directed that the benefits granted by this Court upon the petitioner of CWJC No. 8532 of 2008, dated 19.7.2011, shall also enure to the petitioner herein. The necessary exercise required to be undertaken should be undertaken and completed by the respondents within a period of eight weeks from today.
