No. 27696 of 2016, which stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 4.7.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not comply with the said order within the peremptory time. However, he submits that the petitioner has already complied with the order dated 4.7.2016.

In view of such facts and circumstances, let Cr. Misc. No. 27696 of 2016 be restored to its original file for being disposed of on merits.
