Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kodhobari P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics. As a matter of fact, the victim girl herself committed suicide due to family dispute. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50342 of 2019. Learned counsel has produced

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kodhobari P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019.
