JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-12-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghosi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 188, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 333, 337, 338, 353, 427, 307, 379, 186, 216, 223, 224, 269, 271, 272 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they had resisted the medical team from conducting Covid-19 test on some

No.10423 of 2021(2) dt.24-12-2021 2/2 villagers and thereafter they assaulted the personnel of medical team as well as the administrative officials, who were deputed there and they also damaged the vehicles The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature and the other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail on similar footing by the coordinate Bench in Cr. Misc. No. 25421 of 2020 vide order dated 06.11.2020. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
