The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(i)(xi) of the SC/ST Act. Considering the nature of allegations made and that no case stands made out against the petitioners under SC/ST Act and also because the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27875 of 2016 (2) dt.28-10-2016 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil P.S.
