The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 14.08.2020 at about 7:00 PM, while the informant was at his home, the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came and started abusing him, which was protested, and thereafter, all started assaulting informant. It is further alleged that when brother of the informant came to save informant, he was also assaulted by accused persons, due to which, he received fracture in his hand. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is case and counter case and there is no specific allegation of assault against this petitioner. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.
