2. Upon perusal of the impugned order, it transpires

Patna High Court L.P.A No.757 of 2025(9) dt.22-04-2026 2/2 that the matter was directed to be listed on 11.08.2025. It further appears that Respondent Nos. 6 and 7, who are the appellants in the present L.P.A., have filed their counter affidavit in the writ petition, being C.W.J.C. No.2457 of 2021, on 31.10.2025.

3. In view of the fact that the matter is presently sub judice before the learned Single Judge, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order at this stage.

4. Accordingly, the present Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed, with the liberty to the appellant to raise all the pleas before the learned Single Judge.
