JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits with reference to the averments made in the supplementary affidavit that in order to resolve the controversy the University has constituted an Enquiry Committee under the Chairmanship of Dr. Ranjeet Mishra and the Committee has enquired into the matter and submitted its report to the University and now the University has to take final decision on the report of the Committee. Without going into the nitty-gritty of the claim and counter claim and entitlement of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the University to take final decision on the enquiry report submitted by the Committee

Patna High Court CWJC No.5635 of 2017(3) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The University is required to pass final order after adjudicating the claim of the persons likely to be adversely affected by the decision of the University.

The claim of the petitioner shall finally abide by the decision of the University.
