JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was allowed conditionally by this Court vide order dated 4.5.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 19219 of 2018 with direction to the petitioners to surrender and deposit Bank Draft of Rs.2,00174/- payable in favour of District Programme Officer, Nawada and thereafter they were directed to be released on bail. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners could not deposit the said amount within the time specified but they undertake to deposit the said within a further period of four weeks.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73626 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, further four weeks time from the receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioners to surrender along with Bank Draft of Rs.2,00174/- payable in favour of District Programme Officer, Nawada and in that event they will be released on bail in terms of the order dated 4.5.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 19219 of 2018.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
