Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 511 and 427 of the IPC.

FIR for occurrence of theft was registered against unknown.

It is submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. Nothing incriminating has been found from conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53526 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail, which would be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
