2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 68 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from Maruti Suzuki Dezire car of which this petitioner is registered owner. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
