This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30780 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of the main application, "Shri Dev Prem Kumar " has been mentioned in place of "Shri Deo Priya Kumar" and due to that, the same mistake occurred in the order dated 11.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30780 of 2015. Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 11.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30780 of 2015 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order the word "Shri Dev Prem Kumar "mentioned in the order be read as "Shri Deo Priya Kumar "
