The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Durgawati P.S. case No. 68 of 2010 under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

7-8 persons snatched the tractor of the informant after assaulting the driver of the tractor.

It is submitted that there is no tangible evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name figured in the case in course of investigation but it appears that the petitioner has also got criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
