The petitioner is in custody in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 511 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant were in fact partners in the business of real estate. He further submits that some dispute cropped up between the petitioner and the informant in the matter of business, as a result of which the present case has been lodged as pressure tactics. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018.
Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77102 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with own P.S. Case No. 511 of 2018 with the condition that the petitioner shall not alienate any of his landed property without prior permission of the court below.
