Learned counsel for the Madarsa Board categorically submits on instruction that students of Madarsa has already been permitted provisionally to appear in the Maulvi Examination, 2017. This redresses the grievance of the petitioners.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2100 of 2017 dt.06-03-2017 Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, since the petitioners have already made an application for grant of permanent permission for holding classes and permitting students of the Madarsa to appear in Maulvi Examination which is still pending and, as such, the concerned authority is directed to take a final decision upon that in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
