The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The first information report is lodged after lapse of three weeks of the alleged occurrence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 72 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
