Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10484 of 2021(3) dt.15-12-2021 2/3 APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.298 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 188, 269, 270, 271 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 2, namely, Sunil Thakur has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner no.2 , namely, Sunil Kumar.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no. 2, namely, Sunil Thakur is concerned.

So far as other petitioners are concerned, considering the allegations levelled against them, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let other petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, I/C, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.298 of 2020,
