1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners in this application pray for bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case no. 193 of 2023 registered under section 307, 341, 323, 354B, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that on the date of occurrence the accused Birendra Pandit armed with the Dab moved to assault the family members of the informant. On the informant putting up resistance her

The informant further states that even on an earlier occasion the five named accused persons including the three petitioners herein had murdered her husband which led to registration of another FIR. These accused persons on coming out of the custody had been threatening the informant to withdraw the case.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of the FIR itself it transpires that allegation in the instant FIR is solely against Birendra Pandit and not the three petitioners herein who have been falsely implicated in the case because of enmity between the parties which is evident from the FIR itself.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the instant FIR against the three petitioners, it is directed that all the three petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case no. 193 of 2023 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st
