Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that though the allegation against the petitioner is that he applied for job on the basis of fake certificate of passing BETET but he did not obtain any job and, as such, no loss has been caused to the State. It is contended that in similar circumstances accused Archana Anand has been granted bail vide order dated 18.08.2015 passed by a Single Judge Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 32346 of 2015. No.57357 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2016 released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Birpur Police Station Case No. 56/2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Birpur at Supaul subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
