The petitioner seeks bail in Murar P.S. Case No.9 of 2017 registered under Sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for theft of his motorcycle from his house. The petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt and the recovery of the theft motorcycle was made but it appears that petitioner is in jail since 13.07.2017. Petitioner has already remained in jail for one year five months for theft of a motorcycle.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
