2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 216 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(c), 29 and 35 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

3. As per prosecution case, 190 pieces of Tazowin Injection of 30 mg/ml kept in a polythene bag has been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. He is under custody since 10.04.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, (NDPS), Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 216 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
