The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 181 of 2015 for the offences registered under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the victim lady, who was kidnapped, has not yet been recovered and that the accused side as well as informant's side have now surreptitiously entered into compromise which itself proves to be suspicious, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
