In this case, the petitioner is claiming to be the beneficiary and at his instance the P.D.S. licence of the respondent No.7 has been cancelled, but the Sub-Divisional Officer, Gogri, District- Khagaria vide order dated 21.01.2017 has revoked the same.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3215 of 2017 dt.21-04-2017 2/2 This Court gives liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector, Khagari as there is a provision of appeal against the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer. If he does so, the Collector, Khagaria will consider the same and pass reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such appeal.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
