JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-11-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate-Cum-Collector, Gaya to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner, bearing Land Encroachment Appeal No. 01 of 2022 and in the meantime, grant some protection to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the Respondent State submits that in case the said appeal is pending, the same shall be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Gaya to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, filed by the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14051 of 2022(2) dt.11-11-2022 2/2 bearing Land Encroachment Appeal No. 01 of 2022, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from today and till then it is directed that the petitioner shall not be disturbed from his possession over the land/house in question.
