2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 306, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that daughter of the informant committed suicide due to ill-behaviour and torture by this petitioner and his family members.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the victim herself created a Nikahnama from the court only to pressurize the petitioner and his family members.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned

No.56657 of 2023(3) dt.19-09-2023 2/2 counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation against him that he assaulted informant's daughter and refused to keep her soon after the Nikahnama and also threatened to kill her, on account of which, she committed suicide by hanging.

6. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
