In the above circumstances, the writ application is allowed. The impugned order dated 25.8.2014 and the consequential demand notice are quashed and the matter is remanded to respondent No.2 to pass fresh orders in accordance

Patna High Court CWJC No.4731 of 2015 (3) dt.24-08-2015 with law after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
