2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 42 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2023 and there is recovery of 405 litres of english wine from his possession.
4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.
5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise-I, Samastipur in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 42 of 2023.
7. The petitioner will visit Musarigharari Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
