The petitioners want to renew their prayer of bail which were earlier rejected vide Criminal Misc. No. 37050 of 2014 by order dated 09.04.2015 by this Court on the ground that other co-accused persons have been allowed regular bail by this Court and, as such, the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration The learned senior counsel appearing for the Economic Offences Unit opposes the prayer of pre-arrest bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17584 of 2017 (3) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of pre-arrest bail, again prayer of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, in case and if so advised, the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail within six weeks from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order, then prayer of regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudice by order of this Court preferably on the same day.
