Case No. 83 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32 (3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation as per F.I.R that police information that petitioner is selling the liquor near his house and on that information police went there and recovered 324 bottles each containing 150 M.L. of Indian make foreign liquor. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and F.I.R. itself shows that the recovery was made from the sugarcane field. Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. -III cum Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur, in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018.
